    Well, of course there are rules! I mean, why shouldn't there be some guy who descides what everyone can or can't do, right? Nah, just kidding... About the evil dictator guy, because there are rules. These are only here to make sure everyone has the best experience. Please respect the rules and have fun! 1. Respect eachother. 2.
